“Jack and I got together in 2013, and had known each for since 2007. We have had a perfect life together and could not have wished for a better person to spend the rest of my life with. We have had lots of happy memories, and enjoy each others company very much. Then about two and half years ago Jack was diagnosed with Dementia, which was very hard to handle at the time, and we continue to get through this together.
Then came along ENCARA, your team and efficiency have been excellent. The Rostering Team are always sending me a text every week to confirm appointments, our Physio was a pleasure to deal with, what beautiful people. They have helped Jack so much with the exercises we do, playing games which helped heaps with regards to getting more concentration for Jack.
This program has been very worth while, and as my friend said that staring into space has now given him more thing to occupy his mind, and all the help and guidance she has given us. This program needs to be out there, for other Dementia people, it may not be for everybody, but a lot of people would benefit from this.
